What is Biblical Monotheism/Biblical Unitarianism

What is Biblical Monotheism/Biblical Unitarianism

There is only ONE GOD

I am the LORD, and there is no other; apart from me there is no God. I will strengthen you, though you have not acknowledged me,

Critical Information

To truly study the scriptures, and understand the divine plan as the Messiah did, one must know what the Messiah knew. And, as Paul taught, we must have faith in the Messiah, and, have the faith of  the Messiah. Jesus believed what God his Father had spoken through the prophets, and written in the scriptures. This meant Jesus believed that God's kingdom was coming to earth, and that those who had died in faith, having not yet received the promises of the faith, would be resurrected at his second coming. They knew they would receive all the promises at that time.

As well, if one loses sight of the fact that all the holy writings were written by hebrews, one loses the very context of the faith. As in the study of any ancient document, one must search using critical thinking skills.  Biblical hermeneutics is the study of the principles of interpretation concerning the books of the Bible. It is part of the broader field of hermeneutics, which involves the study of principles of interpretation for all forms of communication, nonverbal and verbal.  This can also be referred to as exegesis. Without the use of this information and these skills, it is most likely that one will take ideas and concepts out of their original context and form new ones, referred to as eisegesis.

The Holy Writings are Filled with Warnings

We are located in Windsor, Ontario, and are always hopeful that there are others out there who desire fellowship. Contact us and be a part of something based on biblical truth. We consider ourselves to be like the Bereans. Neither accepting, nor rejecting what we hear, but searching the scriptures daily to prove it so. We have a Facebook page, a twitter account and an Instagram account. We look forward to meeting one and all, and like Paul when he was renting for two years, we welcome all who come to visit . Boldly and freely we proclaimed the kingdom of God and together learn about the Lord Jesus Christ.

Beloved, although I was very eager to write to you about our common salvation, I found it necessary to write appealing to you to contend for the faith that was once for all delivered to the saints. For certain people have crept in unnoticed who long ago were designated for this condemnation, ungodly people, who pervert the grace of our God into sensuality and deny our only Master and Lord, Jesus Christ.

This is from Jude. many warnings were given by the writers of the new Covenant. In fact, so much so that it's no wonder that there are over 40,000 professing denominations of Christianity.

We vehemently urge you to count   these warnings seriously and consider how deeply they've affected the faith over the past 2000 years. As Messiah Jesus has said in Luke 18:8 Never the less, when The Son of man comes, will he find faith on earth?

Jesus was absolute in who he claimed to be

The Messiah, the Son of the living God

Matt 16:16

Simon Peter answered, “You are the Messiah, the Son of the living God.”
